What they asked us to do
Dartington asked us to help strengthen their brand by refining their visual identity. They wanted a more cohesive and consistent look across all materials, while retaining the distinctive elements of their brand already well recognised in the sector. They also needed support improving weaker areas of their visual identity. We needed to include the development of their templates and assets for use across external platforms, and producing clear, practical brand guidelines. No logo redesign was required, and the existing colour palette remained unchanged. The focus was on reinforcing and unifying their brand presence.

What we did
We developed three initial concept routes for Dartington, with their final choice inspired by Tangrams. Using individual brand shapes and illustrations derived from this concept, we created a visual identity with a clear, consistent storyline that ties all assets and applications together in an innovative and recognisable way. Once the design direction was finalised, we delivered a suite of branded materials, including a PowerPoint presentation template, social media post designs, roller banners, various report templates, custom illustrations and icons, and the final set of brand guidelines.

What they thought
"Thank you for all of your time and effort on this project, and all of the work you have produced. We shared with the broader team this morning and excitement is building about the rollout of the new VI and branding with our strategy launch next week. It’s great to be able to give them so many assets that we believe will make their lives easier, and the visual outputs of their work more exciting and memorable."
